The turnaround time for printing and binding depends on the scope of your project, including the quantity of books, type of binding, and complexity of design. Usually it takes 7-10 days for saddle stitching binding books, 15-20 days for softcover binding books, 25-35 days for hardcover binding books
How do I submit my artworks to you?
You can submit your artworks to us via email or through online file upload system WeTransfer or Drop box.
Can you help me with the design and layout of my book?
Usually we do not participate in designs, but we can offer modification services with your original files base on your specific requests.
What is your payment term?
Our payment term is 50% deposit and 50% balance are paid before shipping.
What is the payment method?
We accept telegraph transfer(T/T) for bulk order and PayPal for sample order
What is your policy on reprints or refunds if there are issues with my order?
We are responsible and aim to build long term business with all customers, if there are defective issues with the print quality or binding by accident that are outside of acceptable industry standards. reprints or refunds will be negotiated case by case.
